Robins Reunited is a small business located in the heart of Lancashire. Our vision is to reunite as many people as we can back with their loved ones, with a beautiful piece of memoriam that we have cherished and loved being a part of.

To be trusted with your loved ones is nothing less than a privilege and an honour, and we are grateful for the opportunity.

After learning from our negative experience, we vowed our service would hold the following...

Core communication - the most essential need when working with loved ones. We will be in touch every step of the way, from order confirmation, receiving of ashes, beginning your work, an estimation date of return and confirmation your loved one has been sent on their way to be reunited with you. This will ensure the transition of care in all aspects of your Robins Reunited journey will be done with as little stress as possible

Sensitivity and love - We will never say we know how you feel as every grieving journey is personal, but we have certainly been in your position several times and we can try and understand some of what you are going through. This time is sensitive and respect and trust is paramount. Ask any questions you need to ask, and let us do the rest.

Customer Satisfaction and returns - Every detail has been thought of to make your experience an excellent one. From packaging to jewellery selection, we are trying to cater for all. Turnaround times will vary but we aim to have your loved one back with you in the shortest possible timeframe with the highest quality finish.

Because our pieces are bespoke and made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
